Refund policy

At Luxe Galore Hair we take pride in providing our clients with the highest quality luxury hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and our policy is as follows:

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or altered hair (brushed, cut, colored, or installed)

  • Hair extensions or wigs that have been removed from their original packaging

  • Custom-made or special-order items

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info.lghe@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong texture, length, or item)

  • The product is defective upon arrival

  • We are unable to fulfill your pre-order within the promised time frame

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delays within the stated processing window

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
